Scholar wins National Triumph Design Award

16 August 2017

Scholar Eneh Alexander-Ikwue has won the prestigious Triumph Design Award for 2017, with her smart plant growth system - EVA. The Award, operated by Triumph Motorcycles, attracts the very best school-age engineering designers from across the UK each year. Eneh's success sees her gain two weeks of work experience and a £500 prize. Well done to Eneh!

This is the second consecutive year that an Arkwright Scholar has won this national competition.  Last year scholar Ben Ball won with his thermoelectric CPU cooler.
