Scholars have access to a wide variety of exclusive events run by our partner companies, universities and trade associations, including face to face and virtual events. These events give our Scholars a real insight into different sectors of industry and academia and a chance to network with other scholars.

 

 

Mentoring

We will pair you with a Mentor - a Professional Engineer who can provide advice and guidance about your future study and career development, and even technical advice to help with your projects. This may be provided by your sponsor, or by ourselves.

Financial award

You receive a financial award as part of the Scholarship to spend on STEM related activities including travel, or STEM equipment

 

 

 

Virtual scholarship pathway now available!

We are excited to now be able to offer a virtual scholarship pathway for those students who pass the rigorous application process but where we were unable to secure an external sponsor for them. This enables us to acknowledge and still reward these students with an Arkwright Engineering Scholarship, but with virtual STEM enrichment activities
