Provided to all successful Scholars as part of the Arkwright Scholarship programme, Mentoring is a form of training, learning and development and is an increasingly popular tool for supporting personal development.

Our Mentors are individuals with experience in engineering who can draw on and share their experience and knowledge with you.

Where possible, Mentors are provided by your sponsoring organisation. However, where they are unable to provide one for you, Arkwright Engineering Scholarships will provide you with a Mentor aligned to your area of interest.

All mentoring relationships are assigned centrally by the Arkwright team at the beginning of the Scholarship and we aim to offer a Mentor to all Scholars within three months of the start of their Scholarship.
